"There's a new Icon on Route 66 here in Oklahoma. It's the 65 ft. pop bottle sculpture at POPS in Arcadia. Since I usually create icons of a more sacred nature this large structure gave me an idea for a series of '66 icons'. Combining the color photos with the photo emulsions gave me chance to incorporate the ever changing colors of the pop bottle. Does it make you want to run out and get a soda?" - Cynthia
